This is a nice toy for learning letters and spelling BUT there is no top to the box, so the wooden letters will get lost very easily. There should definitely be a lid to make a proper storage box, a strange omission.

Dreadfully poor customer service. All effort to trace missing delivery completely stalled, and no response to me since 2 Dec, despite my repeated messages about my missing order. I can’t review the items because despite ordering and paying for them on 22 Nov they haven’t arrived, and Bright Minds seem to have given up.

Bought this for my great nephew. I know he’ll enjoy playing and learning with this lovely tactile toy.
