Do you sell toys for children of all ages?

Yes – we stock children's toys from toddlers age right up to gifts for 12-year-old boys and girls – and even older! Our stock is arranged by age, making it easy to find toys and gifts for little ones no matter what you’re looking for.

Do you stock toys for older children?

We understand that buying gifts for older kids can be tough. After all, 11 year old boys and girls start to significantly branch out in their interests at that age. Fear not, though, as we have some great buying guides in our blog, like our Gifts for 11 year olds post. Here, we run through some popular choices as well as what to look for in good gifts for 11-year-old girls and boys.

Are there any ages you don’t sell toys for?

Some of our products – like our wooden toys for 1-year-olds and older toddlers – are targeted at a specific age group. Other gifts for 12-year-old boys and girls and older, however, don’t typically have a cut-off age. Many of our board games and garden games for preteens fall into this bracket as they’re great fun for the whole family – adults included!

Kids all develop at their own pace, so nothing in our range is exclusive. Toys for 1 year old boys who are maturing quickly might be slightly more or less advanced than the usual games in that age bracket, and that’s okay – within reason, of course! Can I buy wooden toys from BrightMinds?

Do you do gift vouchers?

I’m giving as a gift. What if they don’t like it?

Don’t worry – we’ll exchange it for something they do like, and they have 90 days to change their mind. See our Returns Information.

We are a school/playgroup/nursery. Do you offer credit terms?

Yes, we welcome school orders and offer 30-day credit accounts if you are LEA funded. For more information please email info@brightminds.co.uk

How do I know if I’ve successfully placed an order?

Our checkout is really simple, and there are three ways you can be sure your order has gone through:

• We tell you at the end of the checkout
• We send you an email to let you know
• You can check the status of your order using the My Account link.

What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery (2 days) costs £3.95 and is free for orders over £75 to any UK mainland address.

Next day is also available for a small extra charge.

Can you deliver tomorrow?

Yes! If you order before 12 noon we can deliver the next working day (UK Mainland only) for a small additional charge. This means that if you order Friday afternoon at 3pm, we will deliver it on Tuesday. For more information, see our Delivery Information.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Items that are out of stock will be sent at no extra charge to you after your first delivery.

If your order fails to arrive within 5 days of shipping, please contact us and we will track with the courier. If your parcel is lost/delayed/mis-routed, we will resend at no extra cost to you.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Provided your goods are in stock  they should be with you within 2 working days. You can track your order using the My Account link.

If your goods are showing as having been delivered, or if you haven’t received them after 5 working days, do please get in touch on 01723 624888 or email info@brightminds.co.uk. Most of our parcels are tracked so we can find out what’s happened and make sure you get your goods.

What if I’m not in to sign for my order?

Some of our orders need a signature, so it may be best to have it delivered to your workplace or a neighbour.Our couriers are socially distance delivering, so may leave on the doorstep and ring your bell. If you are out, the courier company may leave a card letting you know how to arrange a re-delivery.

How do I return an item?

It’s easy. Simply package up your goods in the original packaging in pristine condition, and return it to:
